Launch the ring with a special stick, pass it between teammates, and catch it in the goal area to score.
It is non-contact, so first-timers, kids and adults can all play on the same court.
Players call their own fouls: there is self-judging on court. At the 2025 World Cup, Japan's team TOKYO won under a captain in their sixties.
